With its official introductory video released just a couple of days ago, buzz about the upcoming release of the BlackBerry Bold is getting stronger by the minute. Engadget HQ was lucky enough to get a unit for an early hands-on experience and it seems not to disappoint.
The review commended the Bold’s user interface which has smooth and quick response time. Browsing using HSDPA was also apparently quite fast and the crisp, bright screen is favorable for editing documents on PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The review, however, found the camera performance and video playback mediocre, and the default icons too difficult to decipher. I still love BlackBerry Bold’s shiny user interface though, so all is still good on this side.
