BlackBerry Storm 4.7.0.76 OS, Heaps Better than Prior Versions

The BGR team got a hold of the BlackBerry Storm 4.7.0.76 OS and their verdict is that it’s heaps better than the original OS the Storm has upon purchase and even than the 4.7.0.75 OS some people got a hold of.

The original OS the BlackBerry Storm has installed is buggy, according to people who got the device on launch, so a better version is expected. Some of the BlackBerry Storm 4.7.0.76 OS improvements include faster switching times from portrait to landscape, battery life is longer, text-size auto-adjustment, better MP3 player, no forced reboots, and faster thumbnail loading times on the photo viewer among others. They did notice some bugs still, but overall, it’s a lot better than any of the previous versions although public release is yet to be confirmed.
