The heli its self is great fun. It's made from foam so will not last long, but works well while it does last. It works surprisingly well for such a cheap toy, you really can fly it around the room without much practice.

I was disappointed that the product was not shipped in any protective box, simply a sachet, so arrived with heavily damaged packaging (the box of the product its self has little structural strength).

I bought one of these for a mate who is a chopper freak. He hasn't flown for a while and was going into withdrawal. He loves it. His wife doesn't - seems it keeps him from his gardening duties!

It arrived so fast after I ordered it I thought it had flown here by itself!

If you're seriously looking for a good value gadget toy for a loved one, get them one of these helicopters. I got one to play with this weekend and was amazed to find how easily it flies!

As one of the previous reviewers wrote, make sure you trim it properly and you'll have hours of entertainment. If you don't know what "trimming", I highly recommend reading the instructions. Unlike other toys from China, the manual is actually very easy to follow.

I've owned many electronic remote controlled helicopters before this (which were also many times more expensive) however this has definitely given me the best bang for buck.

Highly recommended gadget gift :)

Tips on flying:

- read instructions properly
- fly to around 1.5m in order to trim
- fly in an indoor open space to start off with
- make sure batteries are fully charged

Oh yes!

I never thought I could have so much fun with something so simple. Even just floating around the living room seems to be hugely entertaining. I even let the kids have a go sometimes.....
