In addition to standard support for a wide range of video, photo and music formats, the Pinnacle Showcenter 200 adds support for HD photo and video playback and for Windows Media premium content purchased on the Internet. A USB port is included on the front side for easy playback of media stored on a USB device such as your digital camera. 802.11g Wi-Fi support is integrated into the product.

All "portrait"-oriented image files are rotated by 90° as defined in the ShowCenter 200 database. The pictures are optimized on the fly for TV screen display and stored as a copy in JPEG format, preserving the original image file. A software color correction and flicker filter is selectable from the ShowCenter 200 player.
