Instructions for extending USB Sync 'n' Charge USB retractable cable:
Pull both ends at the SAME time. Pulling only one end at a time could lead into a tangle. This can be fixed easily, but can be avoided by pulling BOTH ends at the SAME time.

I find the O2 XDA IIs / iMate PDA2K USB Synch 'n' Charge Retractable Cable to be an excellent item & use it so much Im buying a second one for the office & will probably put the cradle away.

Mr Gaget has the best ontime delivery I have experienced.
I am a major road warrior in South Australia and this is a great product. I am always looking for the clever way to do things.
It allows you connect your XDA-IIs PDA to a USB port on your PC or laptop permitting the device to synchronise with your PC outlook system as well as providing a re-charge facility without the need for an external charger or the PDA's USB cradle.
The best part of it is that the retracting device permits the cable to be wound up into a very small package for carrying around in your laptop bag. A great buy with prompt delivery!

A great product.
