How do you ship gadgets out? We use the Australia Post to ship gadgets in Australia. It takes approximately 2-3 business days, depending on customer location, i.e. customers in remote country areas may experience a delay of 1-2 days.
How much does shipping cost? Orders that are under 0.5kg are charged AU$8.50 for shipping Australia wide. For gadgets between 0.5kg to 3kg we charge $13.95 (inc. GST) to anywhere in Australia! 98% of the gadgets in our catalogue are under 3kg. This fee covers shipping via Australia Post, shipping handling and packing materials. If you purchase 3 gadgets, shipping is free!
How long does shipping take? Australia We generally aim to have gadgets to you in 2-4 working days. There will be times when this will not be achieved due to stock or shipping issues. You have our commitment that we will do our best to get your gadget out to you as soon as possible.
Is there a surcharge on orders? A 2% surcharge is applied on all credit card and Paypal orders to cover merchant fees. If you pay by direct deposit, cheque or money order, there is no surcharge applied.
Why didn't I receive an order number when paying by Paypal? We have a security feature on our site which times out the Paypal payment pages if it is not completed in 5 minutes. This is to stop other people from using or viewing your confidential Paypal details. If you have completed the Paypal payment outside of 5 minutes and have not received an order number, please contact our sales staff so that they can process your order. Do you ship internationally? At the moment we only ship to New Zealand. Our next targets our the U.S. and Europe. We ship via DHL International Express which takes approximately 3-4 business days.
Why should I order online with Mr.Gadget, rather than by telephone or fax? - Secure : we pay $500 to Thawte to secure all credit card transactions - Safe : Listed on Shopsafe.com.au, who lists all safe Australian Online Stores. We had a 5 out of 5 rating - Faster : Phone orders take 2 more days due to manual process, whereas ordering online puts it straight into the queue - Cheaper : Telephone orders will incur a $5 surcharge due to extra manual processing required
International Besides shipping nationally, we are currently shipping to New Zealand, Belgium and France. Delivery is by DHL International Express and takes around 3-5 business days. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25 regardless of order size.

What's the best way to order with Mr.Gadget? Ordering over the Mr.Gadget website is the fastest and easiest way to order gadgets. These orders go straight to our processing team who are on standby to fulfill new orders. We also take fax, phone and mail orders but due to manual data entry required, these may take 1-2 days longer.
What is the best way to contact Mr.Gadget? Email! Although we try our best to get back to everyone, due to busy times this can be a challenge. The best way for you to find out about products is to first read the product specifications, then contact us. We prefer email because we can answer them faster than phone calls.
How do I write a Gadget Review? Simply go to the product page, then press the "Review" button that you will find usually in the middle of the page. That will take you to the Review Product page, then click the "Write Review" button. You need to be a registered member to right a review.
