Well this would have to be the best case I have ever bought. I was worried it would make the Omnia too bulky, but still keeps the sleek nature of the phone. The clear plastic screen helps when I forget to lock the phone, but the case still allows me to answer calls. Delivery was quick (3 days after ordering), and combined with the high quality of the product, I am very happy. |

Christmas was fun with the micro helicopters until one got damaged beyond repair (rear motor) by this clumsy dad. I contacted Mr. Gadget by e-mail to offer to buy any damaged unit (if they had any) to repair our own, they said they'd see what they could do. Lo and behold, TWO turn up two days later at no charge to me. Now THAT is what I call customer service!!! The most recent order had to be split because one item was out of stock, but I still got the free delivery for three items, even though it took two actual deliveries. I've bought plenty of stuff from mrgadget after finding them three years ago and keep coming back for more because they're the only play I trust to get it right. |
