The company formerly known as ThinkOutside, has undergone some changes. They are now called iGo and with the new name change came a new Stowaway Keyboard. It seems they fixed something that wasn't broken in the first place. The result: The iGo Stowaway Sierra Bluetooth Keyboard. With just a slight increase in size, this new bluetooth keyboard is tougher, more power efficient and claims to feel just like a 100% full sized keyboard. If I was a betting man, I would bet on this claim. I have the original Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard (which I love!) and touch typing on it is even better than typing on some notebook keyboards. So to me, when ThinkOutside/iGo make a claim like this, i'd be inclined to beleive it! Leave your laptop at home because this is all you need.... and your PDA. Features of the iGo Stowaway Sierra Bluetooth Keyboard:- Quickly type email, memos, or surf the web in optimum comfort - Truly universal - works with almost all Bluetooth-enabled devices - 100% full size keyboard for touch-typing - Includes a fifth row of keys for dedicated numerical entry - User programmable shortcut and command keys for fast access to other applications - Power saving - auto sleep mode - Stainless steel and ABS plastic construction - built to withstand the harshest environments - Includes carrying case & detachable smartphone/PDA stand - Weighs less than 11 oz. There's truth about what the folks at Everything USB said regarding the new MX Revolution Mouse. Designed for professionals in mind, the MX is said to be "... the best general use mouse that I have used to date." The free-wheel scroll feature is also destined to be copied like college algebra homework. Casual gamers will also find the MX Revolution performs well; hardcore gamers will want more sensitivity. Accuracy is reportedly very good as evidenced by the ease at which you can highlight specific letters in documents and lasso things in your favorite photo editing apps. Looks like Mr. Gadget here has it on sales too.
This baby almost went passed me undetected. Well not totally because I did have a brief glimpse of the O2 XDA Stealth PDA Slider Phone the other week. But for some strange reason it evaded my memory. Is it just coincidence that this thing is also called the Stealth? Probably. But it's no coincidence that O2 have come up with yet another Pocket PC Phone that looks good. What I can't get my head around is the fact that O2 have converged two form factors in the one device (and at first glance looks to have done it quiet successfully). In one hand the XDA stealth is a slider phone, on the other, it's a full blown Pocket PC with a touch screen. Redundancy perhaps but that sleek black look got you reading this blog in the first place right? Features of the O2 XDA Stealth PDA Slider Phone:- Making a choice has never been easier
Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 and full-phone functionality mean that the Xda Stealth is the only device you'll need for work or pleasure. Enjoy easy access to applications such Word, Excel and Windows Media Player. One sleek sliding movement reveals a full-sized alphanumeric keypad that gives you the familiar phone interface for easy messaging. In addition, with the eZiText application, text input with keypad or stylus will be effortless. - Stay connected anywhereThe Xda Stealth comes equipped with WLAN 802.11b/g to give you wireless connectivity at speeds of up to 54Mb/s. Chat with your contacts, reply to emails, and download applications in hotels, airports or even from the comfort of your bed. Work and enjoy yourself free of cumbersome wires. - More room for you
A spacious 192 MB ROM and MiniSD expandable memory means the indispensable bits of your life goes along with you, anywhere. Bring your music, photos, and documents with you; enjoy work and play while out and about. - Picture perfect memories
The 2 Megapixel camera with Auto Focus ensures that your memories stay sharp. Capture and share photos with loved ones via MMS or Bluetooth. The Strobe Flash aids photo taking in less than perfect lighting conditions, while image editing tools allow you to add that personal touch. - Predictably intuitive
O2 Phone Plus, pre-loaded on the Xda Stealth, helps you to do more in less time. Predictive number input lets you get to your contacts faster, while its IDD/calling card profile management automatically adds IDD pre-fixes and calling card prefixes to your dialled numbers. But you'll still have to speak to your mother yourself. O2 XDA Stealth PDA Slider Phone stealthily sneaking into Mr.Gadget Australia in about 3 weeks!

Only four years ago, I bought my first digital camera. Back then, the digital format was just coming of age and my 3 Megapixel, 3x Optical Zoom Pentax was cutting edge. Today, digital cameras are the norm and the days of using the view finder rather than the LCD screen on a point and shoot camera, are long gone. Ask any sixteen year old where the view finder is on a camera and you'll be greeted with a blank stare. As the view finder is replaced by the LCD screen, so are the rolls of film by memory cards. And boy do we love our memory cards! The convenience of being able to store and erase images as we please is.... well.... convenient! Mr.Gadget has now added the Shintaro SD card range which comes in 1GB, 2GB and a whopping 4GB capacities. So if you like taking photos, lots and lots of photos, the Shintaro SD cards are the way to go. They're fast, they're reliable and they're going at a hot price too! Features of the Shintaro 1GB SD (Secure Digital) Memory Card:- Supports 120X read speed and 65X write speed - Write Protect Switch - Reliable Shintaro memory - Also comes in 2GB and 4GB capacities! At first glance the Microsoft LifeCam VX-6000 Webcam seems to be just a white version of the VX-3000. But with 3x digital zoom and 5.0 Megapixel photos and 1.3 Megapixel videos, this webcam will be capturing the deepest pores and the shortest nose hairs on your face for all your relatives on the other side of the world to see! But you won't be able to hide that pretty face so easily, not with this webcam's face tracking software. If you're like me, you probably find yourself half spinning around on your desk chair, left to right, right to left. And if you have one of those gas lifted chairs, you can add in the up and downs too. With the VX-6000 ability to pan and tilt, you can swing on your chair to your heart's content! Features of the Microsoft LifeCam VX-6000 Webcam:- High Definition Video and Photos - Built-in Microphone - Windows Live Call Button - Wide-angle Lens - Universal Attachment Base - 3X Digital Zoom - Pan and Tilt - Automatic Face-Tracking Software - Flexible Six-Foot Cable - Hi-Speed USB - Video Effects - Up To 30 Frames Per Second Order your Microsoft LifeCam VX-6000 Webcam here at Mr.Gadget Australia today!
Personally, I like the precursor "VX" rather than "i" (as in "i"Pod). It just sounds more gadgety and less selfish not to mention more masculine. So it's a good thing Microsoft used "VX" in their new webcam, the Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000, rather than i-3000. Apple's legal arm would be all over it faster than you can dot your "i". Anyhow, it looks like Microsoft is going back to basics in their goal to be in every home in the world, or would that be every room in the world? They're bringing out these nifty gadgets with nice bells and whitles and the only thing missing is the big price tag. Twelve months ago you would have had to pay an arm for a webcam with these specs. Good thing the prices have come down as more and more people embrace the internet and what it can do! Features of the Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 Webcam:- High Definition Photos - Built-in Microphone - Windows Live Call Button - Automatic Face-Tracking Software - Universal Attachment Base - Pan, Tilt and Zoom - Flexible Six-Foot Cable - Video Effects - Up To 30 Frames Per Second Order your Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 Webcam here at Mr.Gadget Australia today!
Everything USB has reviewed what you need to outfit an existing wireless or wired LAN with NAS and print server. The Synology USB Station has 2 USB ports (but you can add a 3rd device with a USB hub) and a 100Base-T connection. Obviously, these aren't exactly the top specs, but given the $70 price tag, most network newbies will find this to be an appealing package. Though, the USB folks hoped that the USB performance could be faster and that there should be more USB ports available.

Powered solely by USB, these light weight speakers are designed for portable use on the go with your laptop. How portable are they?
