Around 2 years ago, at this time of the year, I was the first owner of a Telstra iPhone 3G in Melbourne. I remember queueing up with a friend overnight just to ensure that we got ours early so that we could show the guys in the office and not have to line up during the day. Never did I intend to be the first, nor did I want the publicity that I received on the day but it was an experience that I’ll cherish for the rest of my life!

Don’t know why so many Aussies are surprised by Telstra’s formal announcement today that it will release the iPhone 4 this Friday, when it was actually stated at WWDC 2010 that July 30th would be the date it would be available in Australia anyway. One only had to put two and two together to come to the conclusion that all the major carriers in Australia (such as Telstra) would abide by this scheduling.

I love my Logitech N700 Speaker Lapdesk! (Look how engrossed I am with this gadget above :S )

I’ve had many many laptop cooling devices and lapstands but the Logitech N700 Speaker Lapstand is the best implementation of both because it is just so comfortable to use! With the ample amounts of padding it’s a dream to utilise for prolonged periods on your bed or on your favorite seat in the lounge room. This gadget was clearly designed and tested by a serious couch-potato!
