Samsung Q1 UMPC : Beautiful gadget but why no phone?
Yes the Samsung Q1 UMPC is a lovely device and all but I can't believe they didn't add a phone?I mean they've incorporated:
- PDA: fast Internet access and easy attachment opening
- MP3 and PMP: supports all formats with no need for additional codec
- Tablet PC: Windows XP Tablet Operating system and Intel CPU installed
- Storage Device: up to 40G portable memory
But not GSM capability? :( This means that you would also need to carry a phone around, quite possibly having to manually synch your contacts.
Other than my whining, PDA Essentials Magazine UK have given it a huge thumbs up with it's best balance of features, performance and value into an attractive portable computer.
