Voice over Internet Protocol, or "VoIP" as it's becoming more known, is a technology a lot of us seem to be quite ignorant to. I know there was much I wasn't sure about VoIP until last week when my eyes were opened quite significantly. Basically VoIP allows users to make telephone calls using their computer network or data lines.
