Griffin TuneFlex AutoCharger and Flexible Docking Cradle
Looks like Griffin doesn't want to be outdone by XtremeMac in the battle for the best iPod accessory. The Griffin TuneFlex AutoCharger and Flexible Docking Cradle is Griffin's way of saying "bring it on". My initial take on this iPod Nano cradle is that Griffin has actually raised the bar a notch. Not a big notch but one nice touch they added makes this Nano car mount just that little bit better. The addition of a built-in line-out audio jack is a nice gesture for all those still driving around with a casette tape deck in their car. For those born post-1990, a tape deck was what your older siblings and parents used to store music, an analog CD if you wish. But if you have an iPod, who needs a CD player in the car right? The TuneFlex let's you use a cassette tape adapter to run your music through your car stereo. However, if you had money enough left over after buying that iPod and bought yourself a car stereo without a tape deck, you can always use the dock connector pass through to transmit the Backstreetboys through with an iTrip.Features of the Griffin TuneFlex AutoCharger and Flexible Docking Cradle:
- Flexible steel neck
- Handy dock connector pass through
- Compatible with Griffin iTrip with Dock Connector fm transmitter
- Powered through your car's cigarette lighter
- Built-in line-out audio jack
