O2 XDA Exec: The big PDA with even bigger features!
One thing I must stress is the VGA screen. If you have ever worked on a PDA with a VGA screen, you'll know that screen quality is on a different level especially on a 3.9 inch screen. If Windows Mobile 5.0 is able to capitalise on the VGA with a true to scale VGA resolution, the screen real estate would be doubled and applications such as spreadsheets would pack a bigger punch in terms of ease of use and productivity. The Exec verges on the line between Pocket PC and ultra portable computer so if you don't mind carrying this around, this could well be worth the extra features with the trade off in size. Though holding this to your head may seem a bit "analog mobile phone circa 1990", it's nothing a decent bluetooth headset can't fix.
Features of the O2 XDA Exec:
- Tri-band GSM/GPRS
- 3G support
- Bluetooth 1.2
- WiFi
- Intel XScale PXA270 520MHz

Buenas dias nicho3,
The O2 XDA Exec communicator has just been launched in the UK and sells for around 400 British Pounds on a contract. This equates to around AU$945, but remember it's a contract price so will be more expensive buying outright.
Hope that helps,
Arnold

What about a release date? My xdaII is slowly dying, if it can just hold on a little longer.....
