LaserPod For Me Competition - Tell us why and you may just get one!

LaserPod Product Image Link

As seen on Channel Seven's Sunrise, the LaserPod has gotta be one of 2005's best gadgets. With it's groovy somewhat soothing psychedelic little laser show, it's easy to see why.

For the next 6 days we're giving you the chance to win a LaserPod of your very own!

I have had a brand new LaserPod sitting next to my desk for a couple of weeks now and saw GadgetMadness' competition and thought, why not!? RRP is $139.

Simply post a comment here telling us in 25 words or less why you would like a LaserPod and the best comment judged on Monday 9th May, 2005, gets a LaserPod! Easy!

All the best!

Calvin and Hobbes have taught me, that sometimes an item's worth is inversely proportional to it's usefullness. Take my girlfriend for example...

I think the Laserpod would be a great asset to my desk as it already has all the latest devices you can poke a stick at. People know I like the best.

LaserPod is an excellent example of arcane technology from my home planet - I pine for the Alpha Centrauri fjords! Please, give a homesick "Acean" pity!

Laserpod, rightly viewed, possesses not only truth but supreme beauty -- a beauty cold and austere, like that of a sculpture, without appeal to any part of our weaker nature, without the gorgeous trapping of painting or music, yet sublimely pure, and capable of a stern perfection such as only the greatest art can show. The true spirit of delight, the exaltation, the sense of being more than man, which is the touchstone of the highest excellence.

Hiya...I like shiney things... Hell, I sometimes find myself, alone, mesmerised by my flashing harddrive light! Maybe a Laserpod will attract other shiney people?

    My reason:

I would like a Laserpod for I am poor and can not afford this, for I have spent my last cent to dial-up and post this comment.
    *end I WANT *
I have always loved this thing since I first saw it, I have been deprived of a lava lamp all my life and when I saw this I said I want, but then I saw the price and i said I want money, haha I really want this!

I would love it because it would help me and my dad to bond a bit and have some fun. It would look heaps cool in my room or in the lounge and make my friends jealous.
