Vosonic VP3310 xDrive Pro are in!

The Vosonic VP3310 xDrive Pro portable storage devices are in! After a couple of hiccups, the Vosonic VP3310s have landed down-under but are quickly leaving the hands of Mr.Gadget! Talk about great value and easy-to-use functionality!

I tried one when they came in and it was so easy to operate. I had a Sandisk Ultra II 1GB compact flash card which I inserted into the compact flash slot on the side. I then turned on the Vosonic VP3310 (need to press the power and copy buttons together) which in turn presented me with four options : File Mode, MP3 Mode, Copy or Autocopy. I wanted to perform a straight dump of files from the memory card to the HDD so I just pressed the Copy button and voila! The files were whizzed over to the hard drive in a flash!

Happy with the transfer of data from my memory card to the hard drive, I wanted to make sure that the MP3 player was up to scratch. I located my favourite music folder (gospel singer Jody McBrayer) and threw one of his songs onto the Vosonic VP3310 - just dragged and dropped which took only 3-5 seconds! After unplugging the the Vosonic VP3310 from the USB port, I whacked on the earphones that were provided with the unit and selected the MP3 mode. Within seconds familiar tunes filled my ears! Volume controls are located on the gadget were easily accessed and controlled and if you really want to blow your ear drums with this device you can! I only went two thirds of the way and was already starting to get a headache. With the Vosonic VP3310 xDrive Pro 40GB, you can store around 10,000 songs!
